NextDone puts tasks, rewards and a little friendly competition in the Telegram chat a group already uses. An admin posts a task with an ND-coin reward, an optional penalty and a deadline; a member takes it or is assigned it, and the terms are locked in at that moment so later edits never move the goalposts on work already underway. Proof goes in as a report with an optional photo, video or document; the admin approves or rejects with a comment, and a missed deadline fails the task on its own and applies the penalty with nobody chasing anyone. Coins are earned, docked and spent against an immutable per-group history with a leaderboard, and they buy real things from a shop the group stocks itself - the coins leaving a balance only once the admin confirms the reward was actually handed over. Recurring tasks respawn daily, weekly or monthly, and the whole thing runs on inline buttons in English or Russian.
Chore charts fail because nobody enforces them. NextDone makes the enforcement structural: the reward, the penalty and the deadline are snapshotted the moment a task is claimed, a deadline that passes fails the task automatically, and balances are written to a history nobody can quietly edit - so the group argues about what to cook, not about who did the dishes. Roles keep it fair without a rulebook: a creator who can hand over ownership, admins who post tasks and review reports, members who earn and spend, and observers who follow along without touching the economy. One person can run several groups at once, each with its own separate balances.
Coins only matter if there is something to spend them on, so each group runs a shop it stocks itself - screen time, a night off chores, a treat, a privilege, whatever this particular group actually values. A member orders, the admin confirms the reward was handed over, and only then are the coins deducted, so nobody pays for something undelivered. The chores that matter most are the ones that come back, so recurring tasks spawn a fresh instance daily, weekly or monthly with the reward reset each cycle. Notifications ping exactly the person who has to act next, each with a one-tap button to the thing that needs attention. There is no app to install: it lives where the group already talks.
