NextSpend

Financial control in one place.

NextSpend lets you track income and expenses across multiple dashboards - personal, family or business - each with its own currency and shared access by email. A global floating action button adds transactions from anywhere, an admin panel manages categories, tags and stores, and the analytics view visualizes spending with interactive charts and budget plans. It supports 6 currencies (PLN, EUR, USD, UAH, RUB, BYN), is free with Google sign-in, and is fully localized in English, Russian and Polish.

Shared money is where most expense trackers fall apart, and it is exactly what NextSpend is built for. Keep separate dashboards for personal, family or business, each with its own currency and its own ledger, shared by email with roles for who can edit and who can only look. A floating quick-add button drops a transaction in from anywhere, and an admin panel keeps categories, tags and stores tidy as the history grows.

The analytics turn that history into something you can act on - cash-flow and balance trends, category breakdowns and your top spend at a glance - across six currencies: PLN, EUR, USD, UAH, RUB and BYN. It signs in with Google, speaks English, Russian and Polish, and is completely free: no tiers, no caps, no card required.
