Almost no one quits a language because the words are hard. They quit because making the deck is slower than studying it - typing each term, translating it, writing an example, and getting the formatting exactly right for whichever app they study in. NextLang deletes that step. A sentence, a photo of a textbook page or a 30-page PDF becomes a finished set in seconds, pitched at your CEFR level, with example sentences, multiple meanings and part-of-speech tags. Twenty languages in any direction, so Japanese to Spanish is as easy as English to French, and fill-in-the-blank cloze decks come out in each app's own native cloze type.

The difference is in what you get out. Anki sets download as a real .apkg and Mochi sets as a native .mochi - packaged in your browser, fields and tags already mapped, pronunciation mp3s riding inside the file - so the deck opens as a finished deck rather than a CSV to map. Then it stops being a one-off export: study mode flips the cards on the page, any word can be saved into your vocabulary where a five-box Leitner schedule brings it back on 1/3/7/21-day intervals, and an article, transcript or subtitle file can be turned into a level-appropriate word list in one pass, each word with the sentence you met it in.
