NextScalp Journal

A journal you actually own.

NextScalp Journal is the analytics companion to the NextScalp bot: where the bot finds setups, the journal audits how you actually traded them. It pulls your own read-only Binance fills, reconstructs them into true position cycles net of fees and funding, and enriches each with 24h market context and MFE/MAE excursion. From there it measures not just your edge - performance by setup, tail concentration, P&L by symbol and hold time - but your behavior: tilt after a losing streak, revenge add-ons, capture give-back and FOMO chasing, all quantified. A Discipline page scores every trade against limits you set, outcome-blind, and an opt-in per-trade AI audit and weekly AI Coach run through your own Anthropic key. It is self-hosted end to end: your trades live in your Postgres, secrets stay server-side, and login is a Telegram allow-list.

Most futures traders do not lose to the market - they lose to the same handful of habits on repeat, and the broker only shows a flat list of fills. NextScalp Journal turns those fills into an honest mirror: scale-ins and partial exits collapse into one round-trip with realized P&L net of fees and funding, then each trade is annotated with how far price had already moved and the maximum favorable and adverse excursion - the numbers that let it measure FOMO, capture and give-back. Headline figures are net, thin samples are de-emphasized, concentration is surfaced, and discipline is scored by how often you broke a rule, never by whether you got away with it.

The whole thing runs on your infrastructure against your database, with read-only keys that can never place or move a trade and secrets that never reach the browser. Exit Lab replays your own exits to show the profit you had and did not keep and which fixed rule would have kept it; the journal links why you entered to what happened and feeds setup, emotion and R-multiple analytics off those tags. AI is the single opt-in outbound path - a per-trade audit and a weekly coach through your own Anthropic key, off until you set it. A read-only demo loads a realistic few months of trades, so you can explore the full dashboard before ever connecting a broker.
